2. Purpose and nature of the information
This website presents the services of energEA Projects: climate control, heat pumps, underfloor heating, ventilation, plumbing and domestic hot water, wellness, pools, water treatment and KNX control. Its content is for information only and is not a contractual offer. Each job is set out in a written quotation or contract, which sets the equipment, price, timescales and guarantees.
The technical descriptions, temperatures, times and other figures on the website are general and for guidance only. The solution, performance and energy use of each installation depend on the project, the building and how it is used, and are defined in the technical study for each case in line with the applicable regulations (such as the Spanish Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings, RITE, and the Technical Building Code, CTE). Where regulations require a project signed by a qualified professional (for example, thermal installations above 70 kW under the RITE), it is drawn up and signed by a qualified professional.
The diagrams, plans, control panels, KNX addresses and energy-use figures shown on the website are illustrations and generic examples, not real installations, measurements or installation instructions.
3. Terms of use
Access to and use of the website are free of charge. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to harm its operation or the rights of others.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, texts, logo and the energEA Projects brand belong to the owner or are used with permission. Reproducing, distributing or altering them without prior written consent is not allowed, except where the law permits it.
Unless stated otherwise, the photographs are illustrative or inspiration images from licensed image libraries (Unsplash and Pexels) and do not show work carried out by energEA Projects. Any photographs supplied by manufacturers are published with their written permission and with the credit they request.
KNX and the KNX Partner logo are trademarks of KNX Association cvba. The logo is shown because the owner is a KNX Partner (no. 137216), in line with KNX Association’s terms of use.
Panasonic and the “Panasonic heating & cooling solutions” logo are trademarks of Panasonic or its group companies. The logo is shown with Panasonic’s permission, because energEA Projects installs equipment of this brand. Its presence does not imply that Panasonic sponsors this website or is responsible for the services, quotations or work of energEA Projects, nor any relationship other than the one stated.
Any other third-party brands, trade names or system names that may be mentioned or seen on the website, including in images, belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the type of installation or equipment. Except as stated in the paragraphs above in this section, their presence does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a business relationship with them.
The Poppins typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the GSAP animation library under its standard licence (gsap.com/standard-license). The dots on the homepage map come from Natural Earth (public domain). The scientific articles and regulations cited belong to their authors and publishers: the website only links to them.
5. Wellness and health information
The information on saunas, hammams, infrared, cold water, spas and pools is general and for information only. It describes the experience of use and typical guidelines taken from the publications cited, but it does not attribute any preventive, therapeutic or curative effect, to these facilities, is not medical advice and is not a substitute for assessment by a health professional.
If you are pregnant, have any illness or health condition (for example, of the heart or blood pressure) or take medication, and in the case of children, consult your doctor before using these facilities. Do not use them after drinking alcohol.
Each piece of equipment must be used in line with its manufacturer’s instructions and the guidance provided with the installation. In facilities for public or shared use (hotels, gyms, residential communities), their owner must also comply with the health regulations that apply to them.
6. Liability and links
The owner takes care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that access will be uninterrupted. Content may be changed or removed without notice. Decisions about an installation should be based on the technical study and quotation for each case, not only on the general information on this website.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, or the rights that the law grants to consumers.
The website links to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp, Instagram or the scientific publications cited. The owner is not responsible for their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.

The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies and browser storage in the cookie policy.
8. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. If you act as a consumer, you may always bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing in this notice deprives you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
Complaints: you can send them to energea@energeaproyectos.com or to our business address. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month. If you are a consumer, you may also ask us for the official complaint form and contact the consumer affairs services of the Government of the Balearic Islands or of your place of residence.
Alternative dispute resolution: energEA Projects does not belong to any consumer arbitration board or other alternative dispute resolution body.
