Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device to remember information. Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE governs both cookies and any other way of storing or reading information in your browser, such as session storage.
2. Cookies and storage used by this website
This website uses no first-party or third-party cookies and no analytics, advertising or social media tools. For that reason we do not show a cookie banner or ask you to accept cookies.
The only thing it stores is a technical item in the browser tab’s session storage (sessionStorage): name «energea-intro», value «1»; purpose: to remember that the homepage opening animation has already been shown, so it is not repeated when you switch language or come back from another page; duration: deleted when you close the tab. It does not identify you, is not shared with anyone and cannot be used to track your browsing. It is technical storage needed to show you the website as you requested it, and is exempt from consent under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s Guide on the use of cookies.
The typefaces and animation libraries are loaded from the website itself, with no external services that could set cookies. The “Copy email” button only copies the address to your clipboard; it stores nothing.
3. Technical cookies from the hosting service
If the hosting service (Cloudflare) ever turns on protection against bots or attacks, it may set a technical cookie that is strictly necessary for that purpose and does not require consent. If that happens, we will update this policy with its name, purpose and duration.
4. Links to other sites
If you click the WhatsApp, Instagram or scientific source links, you leave this website and those sites’ own cookies and policies apply.
5. How to delete or block them
You can delete this website’s storage, or block cookies, at any time in your browser settings; it is also deleted when you close the tab. If you block it, the website works just the same: you will simply see the opening animation every time you open the homepage.
